Triple G Ventures was founded in July 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic crisis and a moment of prolific and unprecedented change. The company is Headquartered in the city of Framingham, MA. We are members of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), Audio Engineering Society (AES), and Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Our purpose and mission are to help our clients–small to midsize consumer products and technology brands–accelerate their growth to define and realize their future.

Gregg has 20+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling connected IoT, consumer electronics, ed-tech, audio/music tech, and content businesses to $500m+ with several exits, specifically recognized for scaling ION Audio, ROLI, and Kano Computing, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2018 and 2019, just behind Apple.

Gregg created Triple G Ventures out of the recognition that many companies are pushing growth agendas, transitions, or turnarounds and have more in-depth needs extending beyond traditional consulting but fall short of justifying the commitment, cost, and risk of onboarding full-time staff during these unprecedented times.

Sophio Beradze | Director of Operations | Stockholm

Sophio Beradze is an accomplished Operations Manager and Policy Analyst with a diverse background spanning across NGO, Consumer Technology, Construction, and Retail industries. She is currently leading global operations at Triple G and serving as a consultant at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Throughout her career, Sophio has managed multiple complex stakeholders, projects, implemented digital marketing and MEL strategies. 


She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, which has helped her develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills. She is a tech enthusiast and believes in using innovations for the greater good.

Todd Boudreau | Advisor | Boston, MA 

Todd Boudreau is an attorney and the Founding Partner at ACL Capital Partners. Todd Boudreau brings over 20 years of legal experience assisting global companies and investment managers on a wide range of matters including venture, growth, and control capital partnerships, business sale and acquisition transactions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and US expansion. Mr. Boudreau is highly experienced in assisting family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pensions and endowments with direct and co-mingled investments and fund managers with direct investment transactions, fund formation, and US partnerships. He represents companies in industries such as technology (including software and fintech), life sciences, health services, medical devices, consumer, and aerospace and defense.


Prior to founding ACL Capital Partners, Mr. Boudreau was the Co-Chair of the Private Equity Investments & Buyout Group with Morrison & Forester and the Chair of the Investments & Buyout Group with Foley & Lardner.

Sarah Yule | Advisor | London

Sarah is an experienced sales, marketing and commercial leader, with 17 years experience gained via the audio, music, lifestyle, and consumer electronics industries. Originally trained as an engineer and holding a Ba(hons) in Sound Technology, Yule has gone on to achieve an MBA with distinction and strategic leadership specialism from Warwick Business School. 


Sarah has won numerous awards for products and product concepts worked on, including a Muse Design Award and Future Music Technology Award. A “40 under 40” recipient and winner of “Top 25 Women in Tech”, Sarah holds a non-exec board director role for the trade body MIA and acts as a mentor for two UK accelerator programs on the subject of business growth, go-to-market and sales strategy.
